Our Story

“Chantilly Speed & Strength is a concept I have dreamt of bringing to fruition since my days of playing football for Chantilly High School. Years later while pursuing my Master’s in Athletic Training the foundation of that dream was laid. During that time I spent countless hours in the Strength & Conditioning departments of both Georgetown University and Liberty University as an intern. After school, I went on to lead the personal training department at Gold’s Gym of Chantilly to great success. After 3 years at Gold’s in which I developed my craft, I was finally ready to venture out on my own.”

At Chantilly Speed & Strength we base our programs around 3 major concepts: Quality of Movement, Injury Prevention, and Application to Daily Activity. Through a combination of mobility drills, progressive strength training, and conditioning circuits, we help our clients unlock their full potential. Whether you are an aspiring collegiate athlete, or a parent trying to keep up with your kids, we have a program for you!
